Advance is hiring a Female Waking Nights Support Worker to provide compassionate care for people with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs in Christchurch, Bournemouth BH23. You will work night shifts on a 27- or 36-hour contract, helping customers live the lives they choose.

The role requires reliability, teamwork and good communication. Full training and ongoing development are provided by Advance as part of a supportive, values-led organisation with rights-focused care.

Qualifications

• Experience in social care not required; value-driven approach essential.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Literate and numerate in English; willing to achieve Care Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Support customers with learning disabilities, autism or mental health conditions during waking night shifts.
• Follow Care Plans and complete quality support records.
• Maintain and update customer records and risk assessments.
