Job summary

Glassmoon Services is recruiting Waking Night Support Workers for a new service in Newton Abbot. You will support someone with learning disabilities and complex needs to engage in daily activities, fostering independence and person-centred care.

A valid driver’s license is advantageous, and UK right to work is required. We offer benefits such as a real living wage, accrued annual leave on overtime, and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in working with individuals who have a Learning Disability and Complex needs.
• Driver's license advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support People We Support to live their best life with person-centred care.
• Engage in activities with individuals and foster independence.
• Complete and maintain Support Plans and necessary information.
• Notify Team Leader/Senior Support Worker of changes in needs.
• Safeguard welfare of those in our care and promote safety.
• Help maintain relationships with family, friends and others.
