Job summary

You will support activities that align with personal goals, maintain skills, and promote independence within a welcoming team. A valid driver’s license is advantageous, and a real living wage is offered with fair pay for accrued annual leave on overtime.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs.
• Right to Work in the UK and satisfactory background checks.
• References and identification checks are required.

Responsibilities

• Support People We Support to live their best life with person-centred care.
• Maintain and update Support Plans and records with attention to detail.
• Engage with the local community to build relationships and independence.
• Notify Team Leader of changes in needs to support wellbeing.
• Promote safeguarding and promote safety for those in our care.
