Job summary

Voyage Care in Dinnington is seeking a Waking Night Support Worker to help people gain independence in daily life, joining a dynamic team at a residential service. You will support with personal care, life skills, and community access, encouraging social activities and outings.

Shifts are 8pm–8am on a 42-hour contract with DBS checks and references required. Voyage Care offers training and development opportunities and a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a full UK driving licence.
• Experience with following Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice.
• Experience working with individuals requiring enhanced support, including behaviour of distress, mental health conditions, autism, trauma.

Responsibilities

• Help people gain more independence in daily life and learn new life skills.
• Assist with personal care and encourage access to local communities and social activities.
• Support with activities at the residential service, including evenings out or in watching films, games, and outings.
