Job summary

Creative Support in Scawsby, Doncaster, is seeking a friendly, energetic Waking Night Support Worker to provide outcome-focused support to people with learning disabilities and/or autism at our supported living service. You will help clients with daily tasks to promote independence and well-being.

No prior experience is required; training is provided, and the role offers pension contributions, 28 days annual leave, a probationary bonus, and DBS checks.

Qualifications

• No experience is necessary, as long as you have the aptitude and passion to make a difference in the lives of others.
• Gender is considered to be an occupational requirement – Equality Act 2010.
• Full training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with daily tasks to promote independence.
• Maintain their tenancies and enable participation in the local community.
• Develop independent living skills and help achieve personal goals and outcomes.
• Facilitate engagements with peers and local community activities.
