They also enjoy attending their local pub, trips out to the zoo, the local shops as well as BBQs and picnics. The friendly and long standing staff members, to include the manager who has been in situ for over 20 years, are excellent at empowering the Service Users to enable them to become more independent – all are very pro-active in making decisions within the home, ensuring a person centered approach.
