CareTech is recruiting Support Workers for Ellwood Road in Peterborough to support adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs. This permanent, full-time role offers 37.5 hours per week on a rota including evenings, weekends and sleep-ins, with full training and a structured induction.
You will deliver person-centred support, assist with daily living skills, promote independence, maintain records and work as part of a team.

Ellwood Road is a unique supported living service in Peterborough, providing tailored care and support for a single adult who attends full time education and has complex care needs. The service user is a wheelchair user who is PEG fed and requires full support with personal care and moving and handling.
We’re seeking people who are caring, patient, and respectful, with a positive and resilient approach. You should be confident working independently and within a team, have good communication skills, basic IT and written abilities, and be flexible and reliable.
No previous experience? No problem! If you have the passion, we’ll provide full training and a structured induction programme.
