Job summary

CareTech UK Ltd is hiring a Waking Night Support Worker in Nuneaton. You will provide person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs, including help with daily living and personal care, while promoting independence and wellbeing.

The role requires rota-based nights, a willingness to progress to Level 2 in Health and Social Care, and a DBS check. Applications welcome from new and experienced care workers.

Qualifications

• Ability to work unsociable hours on a rota basis.
• Drivers desirable but not essential.
• Enhanced DBS required (paid for by CareTech).

Waking Night Support Worker

Location: Nuneaton

Rate: £12.79 per hour

Permanent | Full-time | 37.5 hours per week (rota-based)

About the Service – Bluebell / Kingsbridge

Bluebell / Kingsbridge is a care home which provides care and support to people with learning disabilities and/or autistic spectrum disorder who enjoy a wide range of hobbies from Bowling and Swimming to Dance and Music.,
There is easy access to public transport and it is close to local shops.

Service User Interests

• Arts and crafts
• Days out such as Theme Parks, Meals out, Social activities, Christmas markets etc.
• Holidays and short breaks
• Walks in the local park and community
• Cooking and baking to develop life skillsThe Role

The Role

You will:
