Job summary

CareTech is seeking caring, patient individuals to join our Nuneaton service as Bank Support Workers. You will assist adults with learning disabilities and autism, support daily living, participate in activities and community outings, and help maintain safety and wellbeing.

You’ll work a rota including evenings, weekends and sleep-ins as required. A willingness to work towards Level 2 QCF, enhanced DBS and good communication, IT and writing skills are essential. DBS paid by CareTech.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work towards Level 2 QCF in social care
• Enhanced DBS required (paid for by CareTech)
• Ability to work unsociable hours on a rota basis

About the Service – Nuneaton

Tiverton is a registered residential care service made up of four beds, supporting adults aged 18+ in a safe, structured, and supportive environment. The service promotes independence, choice, and wellbeing through tailored, person-centred support.

Our residents are amazing individuals who:

• Football outings
• Train adventures
• Community activities
• Exploring new places

The Role

What You’ll Do;
