Job summary

CareTech UK Ltd is seeking a Bank Support Worker in Nuneaton (CV11). The role involves supporting daily living, promoting independence and community activities, as part of a rota-based schedule that includes evenings, weekends and sleep-ins.

You will work with adults with learning disabilities and autism in a residential setting, building trusting relationships and delivering person-centred support. DBS clearance and Level 2 QCF progression are preferred.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work towards Level 2 QCF (Social Care Wales registration)
• Ability to work unsociable hours on a rota basis
• Enhanced DBS required (paid for by CareTech)

Permanent | Bank | 0 hours per week (rota-based)

Tiverton is a registered residential care service made up of four beds, supporting adults aged 18+ in a safe, structured, and supportive environment. The service promotes independence, choice, and wellbeing through tailored, person-centred support.

The Role
