Job summary

Prospero Health & Social Care is seeking reliable Waking Night Support Workers to cover Bristol and surrounding areas. You will stay awake, monitor residents, and respond to needs throughout the night, ensuring safety and comfort.

We offer regular and flexible shifts with immediate work available across Bristol, working with children, young people or adults with complex needs. Prior health and social care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within health and social care is strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting children, young people or adults with additional or complex needs is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide waking night support, remaining awake, alert and proactive throughout the shift.
• Respond to resident needs and maintain safety and comfort during night hours.

Waking Night Support Workers - Bristol & Surrounding Areas

What We're Looking For

We're looking for reliable, experienced and committed Support Workers who are comfortable working Waking Nights and understand the importance of remaining awake, alert and proactive throughout the entire shift.

Previous experience within health and social care is strongly preferred, particularly experience supporting children, young people or adults with additional or complex needs.
