Prosperity Care and Wellbeing Ltd is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our 21-flat supported living service in Gloucester. You will work night shifts (10pm–7am) at a Kingsway location, helping adults with complex needs to live independently in their own homes.

Location: Kingsway, Gloucester

Shift Pattern: Waking Nights

Hours: 10pm – 7am.

Pay Rate: £13.16 per hour

Sponsorship: Not available for this role

Join our dedicated team at our 21 individual flats supported living service, where no two days are the same. We support a diverse group of individuals, each with unique needs including mental health conditions, disabilities, autism, and complex support requirements. As a Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in helping people live independently, safely, and with dignity in their own homes. We’re looking for passionate and energetic support staff who are committed to making a meaningful difference and bringing positivity to every interaction.
