Job summary

Prospero Health & Social Care - Cardiff is seeking Support Workers to serve Swindon and Wiltshire. You will provide person-centred care to children, young people, families or adults across flexible full-time, part-time and agency shifts.

You'll gain experience across local authorities and private providers, with weekly pay, £16-£20 per hour, and the chance to work long days, waking nights and weekends while maintaining compassionate, reliable support.

• At least 1 year UK experience in health and social care.

About the Support Worker role

As a Support Worker, you'll provide person-centred care and support to people with a range of needs. Depending on your experience and the placement, you could work with children, young people, families or adults.

Your work may involve helping someone feel safe and supported, develop their independence, take part in activities and access their local community. We'll discuss your experience and preferences with you when considering suitable opportunities.

What we're looking for
