Working Pattern: 4 waking night shifts across a two-week rolling rota, working 20:15 to 07:45. The rota includes weekends, bank holidays, and sleep-in cover where required.
You are caring, reliable and motivated, with a compassionate approach, treating others with respect, working collaboratively and empowering people to live fulfilling lives. Holds a care certificate or willingness to undertake a care qualification. A full UK driving licence and access to a car is essential.
The successful candidate must always maintain appropriate professional boundaries and understand their responsibilities in relation to positions of trust. All appointments are subject to satisfactory right to work, enhanced DBS, reference and medical clearances.
