Job summary

Care in Mind provides residential support for young people with mental health needs in Ramsbottom, Bury. This role is a part‑time night position (22 hours/week) requiring a manual driving licence and willingness to drive the service car unsupervised.

Salary is £28,808.78–£29,709.68 per year, pro rata for part‑time hours, with weekend and bank holiday pattern. There is a strong emphasis on recording, reporting and handovers, plus training and supervision from a residential/clinical team.

Qualifications

• Must have a full UK manual driving licence.
• Willing to drive the service car unsupervised.
• Good written skills and ability to write basic reports.
• Basic IT skills and ability to write emails.

Responsibilities

• Update online care records and hand over to day staff.
• Complete medication administration.
• Maintain tidiness of the home and support daily living tasks.
• Attend training sessions as required (weekdays).
• Provide incident management and de‑escalation support when needed.
