Key Responsibilities


  • As a Residential Support Worker based in Hinckley, your daily duties will include:

  • Building trusting, nurturing relationships that promote the wellbeing and independence of children and young people.

  • Working collaboratively with parents, carers, and professionals to support each child\'s individual needs.

  • Contributing to the upkeep of the home, including cooking, cleaning, and maintaining a safe environment.

  • Accurately documenting information and ensuring records are kept up to date in line with safeguarding policies.

  • Promoting a safe, supportive environment at all times, adhering to safeguarding and health & safety procedures.


Requirements & Qualifications


  • To be successful as a Residential Support Worker, you will need:
