Active Care Group's Active Assistance division in Leigh-on-Sea is seeking a compassionate night worker to support a young client with complex health needs in their family home overnight. You will be responsible for staying awake during 12-hour shifts and providing consistent, high-quality care to manage the client's epilepsy, dystonia, and other needs.

Shifts run as 12-hour waking nights, with options for 24- or 36-hour blocks.

Responsibilities

• Stay awake overnight to support the client with all needs.
• Provide 1:1 care as part of a consistent care team.
• Assist with daily living activities and safety routines during night shifts.

Our client's health needs include epilepsy, dystonia, neurological impairment, developmental delay, wheelchair user and visual impairment.You will be required to stay awake overnight to support the client with all their needs. Full specialist training will be provided.Shifts:Waking Nights12 hour shifts2 nights (24 hours) or 3 nights available (36 hours)In this role, you’ll support one individual with complex needs as part of a consistent care team, with regular weekly shifts and rotas planned in advance.
