Job summary

Active Assistance in Winchester is seeking a dedicated caregiver to support a young girl with learning disabilities and epilepsy during night shifts from 8pm to 8am. You will join a small, consistent care team and work within her family home, providing stable overnight support.

The role involves moving and handling support, monitoring health, and following a planned rota, on a flexible zero-hours contract with ongoing training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting a child with learning disabilities and epilepsy.
• Willing to work at night (8pm-8am).
• Ability to follow care plans and work as part of a small team.

She lives at home with her family and two cats.When you will be working:Waking nights (8pm-8am)2 nights a week available - 24 hours a weekPlus flexibility to cover day shifts when neededIn this role, you’ll support one individual with complex needs as part of a consistent care team, with regular weekly shifts and rotas planned in advance.
