Job summary

SSP UK & Ireland is hiring Waiting Staff for Monty's Diner at Liverpool Airport. This part-time contract runs until the end of January 2027, with a combined rate of £14.05 per hour for night hours between 12am and 6am, plus possible tips and service charges.

Shifts run 3am–10pm, with flexible weekday, weekend and holiday coverage. You will join a dynamic hospitality team serving customers across brands within airports and other venues in the UK & Ireland.

Qualifications

• Belief in the power of people and that today is going to be a good day.
• Passionate and kind while ensuring guests have the best possible experience.
• 5 years of references and Criminal Record Check required.
• Applicants must be 18+ to serve alcohol and perform certain tasks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Take food and drink orders accurately using POS systems.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards.
• Support smooth day-to-day operations alongside kitchen and bar teams.
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and food safety standards at all times.
• Handle payments and customer queries professionally.
• Support opening, closing, and restocking duties as needed.
• Work collaboratively as part of a busy and energetic team.

WAITING STAFF - MONTY'S DINER, LIVERPOOL AIRPORT

Part time contracts until end of January 2027!

Pay Rate: £12.85 per hour + as a little incentive, you will earn an extra £1.20 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6 AM, bringing your rate of pay to £14.05 per hour.

Hours of operation are 3 am to 10 pm.Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.
