Job summary

SSP Food Travel Experts is hiring Waiting Staff for Dickens Inn at St. Katharine's Docks in London. This fixed-term contract runs until December 2026, with a minimum of 20 hours per week and potential to increase hours based on business needs.

Shifts run 9am–1am across weekdays, weekends and holidays. Pay is £12.85 per hour plus an extra £1.20 per hour for hours between midnight and 6am (up to £14.05). Tips and service charge opportunities are available.

• Must be 18+ and able to serve alcohol where required.
• Good level of spoken English for guest and colleague communication.
• Flexibility to work across weekdays, weekends and holidays.

WAITING STAFF - DICKEN'S INN, ST. KATHERINE'S DOCKS, LONDON

Fixed term contract until end of December 2026!

Please note this is 20h a week MINIMUM contract - succesfull candidates may be expected to have thier hours increased, depending on business needs.

Pay Rate: £12.85 per hour + as a little incentive, you will earn an extra £1.20 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6 am, bringing your rate of pay to £14.05 per hour.

ABOUT YOU:

• As a Waiting Staff, you will believe in the power of people & believe that today is going to be a good day.
• You will be passionate and kind whilst always ensuring that all guests leave having had the best of times.
• Due to some responsibilities within theWaiting Staffrole, applicants will

need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts and be able to serve alcohol.

A good level of spoken English is needed to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues and to support safe and efficient service.
