WSH Restaurants in the United Kingdom is seeking a Full Time Waiter/Waitress to deliver exceptional service across our restaurant, bar, and events. You will support restaurant managers in daily operations and uphold the brand's standards of hospitality.

The ideal candidate has hospitality experience, a Leaving Cert or equivalent, NVQ or similar, and a real passion for food, beverage, and customer care. You will work with a dynamic team, communicate clearly, and contribute to setup and service

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional service to our guests.
• Participate in the delivery of all food and beverage services.
• Take part in the setup of restaurant and events.
• Nurture and develop new commis waiters.
• Adhere to all company policies and departmental procedures/trainings.
• Liaise with key people in all necessary areas of the business to ensure consistency with menu/standards.
• Deal effectively with guest requests and escalate as needed.

Salary: £26,500 per annum plus variable tronc each month

We are looking for a Full Time Waiter / Waitress to assist the restaurant managers in the day to day running of the restaurant and deliver an exceptional service to customers.

About the Waiting Team role:

• Provide exceptional service to our guests
• To successfully participate in the delivery of all food and beverage services
• Take part in the setup of restaurant and events
• Nurture and develop new commis waiters
• Adhere to all company policies and departmental procedures/trainings
• Liaise with key people in all necessary areas of the business to ensure the provision of food and service is consistent and in line with menu/standards set by the managers
• Deal effectively and courteously with guest requests, and to refer them to the line manager, if necessary

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a hospitality setting.
• Leaving Cert level education or above
• NVQ qualification or equivalent
• Ability to display a real passion for food, beverage and customer service
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Hands on and proactive approach
