Zusammenfassung

WSH Restaurants is seeking a Waiting Staff member to join the team. The role is full time, with 45 hours per week and a salary of £26,500 per year plus variable tronc.

The successful candidate will help restaurant managers run daily operations and deliver exceptional service to guests. Key duties include delivering all food and beverage services, assisting with restaurant and event setup, training new commis waiters, adhering to policies, and coordinating with other teams to ensure service

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in a hospitality setting.
• Leaving Cert level education or above.
• NVQ qualification or equivalent.
• Ability to display a real passion for food, beverage and customer service.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Hands on and proactive approach.
• Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management.

Aufgaben

• Nurture and develop new commis waiters.
• Adhere to all company policies and departmental procedures/trainings.
• Liaise with key people in all necessary areas of the business to ensure the provision of food and service is consistent and in line with menu/standards set by the managers.
• Deal effectively and courteously with guest requests, and to refer them to the line manager, if necessary.

Job Description

Title: Waiting Staff

Contract: Full Time

Hours: 45 hours

Salary: £26,500 per annum plus variable tronc each month

We are looking for a Full Time Waiter / Waitress to assist the restaurant managers in the day to day running of the restaurant and deliver an exceptional service to customers.

About the Waiting Team role:
