Job summary

Get Staffed Online Recruitment Limited is recruiting for an experienced Waiting Staff member for a vibrant, Central London restaurant group. You will deliver exceptional guest experiences through confident communication, strong teamwork, and a proactive approach to upselling.

Full-time hours (35-45 per week) and an hourly rate up to £18 with generous Tronc are on offer. Join a lively, flavour-driven team that values honesty, loyalty and effort.

Our client is a vibrant Eastern Mediterranean-inspired restaurant group known for delicious flavours, warm hospitality, and a fast-paced, energetic atmosphere. They're looking for experienced, motivated Waiting Staff who take pride in their service and run their section like it's their own business.

The Role

As part of their front-of-house team, your mission is to deliver exceptional guest experiences through great communication, strong decision-making, and attention to detail. You'll upsell naturally, build rapport with guests, and keep service smooth through teamwork and professionalism across all shifts.
