Lancashire Teaching Hospitals is seeking an enthusiastic team player to join our Waiting List & Procedures team. You will manage waiting lists and theatre schedules for consultants, laser and injection lists, adhering to Trust protocols and confidentiality while supporting 18 week referral to treatment pathways.

You will work with clinical service departments, use hospital IT systems, and apply PTL management and Flex experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with waiting list processes and 18 week pathways.
• Knowledge of theatre scheduling and scheduling systems.
• Experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Familiarity with Information Governance and Data Quality.

• Manage waiting lists and theatre schedules for consultants, lasers and injections.
