Job summary

Big Mamma Group in Manchester is seeking a passionate waiter/waitress to join our team. You will manage your section, upsell, and ensure a high-energy, friendly dining experience in a busy, fast-paced environment.

Learn our menu, deliver excellent guest service, and maintain cleanliness and safety standards while collaborating with colleagues across shifts. This permanent, full-time role includes pay plus service charge and staff benefits within the UK & Ireland network.

Your Mission

About You

• Passion for Italian food and excellent customer service
• High energy, proactive attitude and team spirit
• Strong communication skills and previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a busy restaurant
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

• Permanent, full-time role: 12.71 basic pay + 15% of the service charge you generate in your section + 1 tronc point per hour
