Job summary

Big Mamma Group in the UK is hiring a passionate Bartender to join our lively Bar team. You will craft drinks, deliver memorable guest experiences, and help maintain a fast-paced, high-energy bar environment across our UK restaurants.

We offer a permanent, full-time role with a competitive hourly rate (£16.21 total package). Daily staff meals, discount, referral bonus, wellbeing support, and opportunities for career progression and mobility across the group.

Qualifications

Your Mission

As part of the Big Mamma Bar team, your mission will be to:

About You

The ideal candidate can demonstrate:

• To be energetic, proactive, and a team player
• Strong attention to cleanliness, hygiene and bar organisation
• Previous experience in a cocktail bar or high volume restaurant bar
• Good knowledge of classic cocktails and bar service standards
• Comfortable working in a fast paced, high energy environment
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
