Job summary

Big Mamma Group is looking for a passionate Bartender to join our Bar team in the UK. You will deliver unforgettable guest experiences, prepare drinks, and keep the bar clean and well stocked in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

We offer a permanent, full-time role with £16.21/hour total package, daily staff meals, 15% employee discount, £500 referral bonus, mental health support, Earned Wage Access, regular training, and career growth opportunities across the group.

Your Mission

As part of the Big Mamma Bar team, your mission will be to:

• Delivering an unforgettable experience to our guests

• Prepare drinks and mix cocktails during service

• Open and close the bar, including all necessary prep

• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and follow health & safety standards

• Spread magic and make every guest’s visit the best moment of their day

About You

The ideal candidate can demonstrate:

• To be energetic, proactive, and a team player

• Strong attention to cleanliness, hygiene and bar organisation

• Previous experience in a cocktail bar or high volume restaurant bar

• Good knowledge of classic cocktails and bar service standards

• Comfortable working in a fast paced, high energy environment

• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
