Big Mamma Group in Birmingham is seeking a talented Junior Sous Chef to lead the kitchen alongside the Executive Chefs, delivering Italian-inspired dishes in a fast-paced environment.

You will train and support your team daily, manage the pass with speed and precision, and ensure hygiene standards and cost control.

• You are the Chef's right hand, ensuring everything is impeccable: compliance with hygiene standards, a well-organized team, and checks always aligned with objectives.
• Manage Food Costs like a true leader: zero waste, flawless inventories, and always on-time orders.
• Plan, organize, and lead the brigade with energy and precision.
• Train and support your team daily, sharing passion and professionalism.
