Fortnum & Mason plc is seeking a part-time Waiter/Waitress (16 hours) at The Royal Exchange in the City of London. You will provide warm, attentive and personalised service, delivering memorable dining experiences while showcasing Fortnum & Mason heritage.

WhatYou'llDo:

• Support the restaurant team in delivering a seamless and exceptional guest experience throughout every service.

• Prepare the restaurant for each shift, ensuring tables, waiter stations and service areas are fully stocked, organised and ready to welcome guests.

• Assist with the preparation of condiments, bread and butter service, and mise en place to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

• Maintain the highest standards by polishing cutlery, glassware and service equipment quickly, efficiently and with great attention to detail.

• Deliver warm, attentive and personalised service, creating memorable experiences for every guest and consistently exceeding expectations.

• Build genuine connections with guests, confidently sharing your knowledge of our menus, products and Fortnum & Mason heritage.

• Demonstrate a passion for hospitality and act as an ambassador for the Fortnum & Mason brand in every interaction.
