Job summary

Fortnum & Mason on the iconic Piccadilly doors welcomes customers with elegant service and storytelling on our Ground Floor. As a Sales Associate, you will greet guests, assist with purchases and provide personalised recommendations that elevate the shopping experience in a luxury setting.

The role is part-time (15 hours per week), mainly weekends, with some weekday flexibility. You will be joining a team that values exceptional service, enthusiasm for fine foods and strong people skills.

Please note: This is a part time role of 15 hours per week, mainly at weekends (Saturday and Sunday), with some flexibility for weekday shifts when needed. Working across varying shift times with early morning and late nights when needed.
