Hyatt Regency London – The Churchill is seeking a Waiter/ess for the Regency Club to deliver personalised service in a premium lounge environment within Marylebone, London. You will set up beverage stations, maintain lounge cleanliness, and tailor service to regular guests, ensuring a warm and professional guest experience.

Candidates with experience in premium hospitality and strong communication skills are preferred; the role includes dining and service excellence in a prestigious hotel

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the area, ensuring a seamless and elegant environment for guests.
• Recognize regular guests and customize service according to their preferences, enhancing their lounge experience.
• Report shortages or replenish stock for food, beverages, and supplies in the lounge.
• Anticipate guest needs and always aim to exceed expectations.

About You

Previous experience in a similar role within the premium hospitality segment is preferred. You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to anticipate guest needs and go above and beyond to create memorable experiences.
