Job summary

Ragdale Hall Spa in the Leicestershire countryside is seeking a friendly Waiter/Waitress to join our vibrant dining team. Training is provided and no previous experience is required.

Roles include 0 hours per week (as needed) or 9 hours per week split across days, with the chance to earn gratuities and advance within our hospitality group. You’ll help deliver over 200 lunches and 180 evening meals daily, working with a large team to provide five-star service in a supportive, well-being focused

Ragdale Hall Spa is looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and dedicated Waiter / Waitress to join our vibrant dining team. Nestled in the beautiful Leicestershire countryside, Ragdale Hall Spa is a multi-award-winning destination where wellbeing and hospitality go hand in hand - and our food service team plays a vital role in creating unforgettable guest experiences.

From welcoming guests into our elegant dining rooms to serving over 200 lunches and 180 evening meals each day, this is a fast-paced and rewarding role where no two days are the same. Available Contracts:

• 0 hours per week - as and when required
• 9 hours per week, split across the week

Main Duties (Full Training Provided):

• Greeting guests warmly and professionally as they arrive.
• Serving food and beverages with attention to detail and care.
• Ensuring dining areas are clean, tidy, and beautifully presented at all times.
• Working closely with a team of 70+ dedicated colleagues to deliver seamless, five-star service.
• Maintaining a positive and professional attitude, even during busy service periods.

Requirements & Skills

• Reliability, punctuality, and a positive approach to work and colleagues.
• Age 16-17 £8.70 per hour
• Age 18-20 £10.85 per hour
• Age 21+ £12.75 per hour
