Job summary

Grantley Hall is seeking a Spa Therapist to deliver luxury treatments in our Five-Star spa. You will ensure outstanding guest experiences, work collaboratively with the team, and support reception and spa operations as required. A rota includes weekend and evening shifts, with extensive staff benefits.

Knowledge of our product houses, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude are essential to maintain the high standards of this Relais & Châteaux property.

Qualifications

• Hands-on spa therapy and hospitality experience
• Customer-focused mindset with strong communication
• Ability to upsell products and services

Responsibilities

• Deliver spa treatments with exceptional guest care
• Work as part of a team to maintain guest satisfaction
• Assist with reception and admin tasks if needed
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times
• Utilise sales tools to maximise the spa sales process
• Follow spa standards and protocols
• Promote products and homecare to guests
• Act as brand ambassador for product houses
• Limit massages to maintain well-being and avoid RSI
• Proactive, productive, and continually improve the service

Provide outstanding guest experience through delivery of the treatments to our guests

• - Work as part of a team, ensuring guest satisfaction, delivering an outstanding service to all guests.
• - Undertake reception and administration duties if required
• - Ensure that Health and Safety guidelines and practices are adhered to by team members, members and spa clients to ensure safety is maintained at all times whilst using the spa
• - Ensure that sales tools are effectively utilised at all times to maximise the sales process
• - Follow all of the spa standards and protocols
• Be knowledgeable on all products used in the Three Graces Spa to utilise - all opportunities to promote and upsell products to Spa guests
• - Ensure guest satisfaction, delivering an outstanding service to all guests
• - Be brand ambassador for our product houses, offering retail and homecare advice to all guests
• - Enjoy a balanced workload with a limit of no more than 4 massages per day to ensure your well-being and prevent repetitive strain injury (RSI).
• Hands on approach to work, always being productive and looking to improve
