Ragdale Hall Spa is seeking a friendly Sales Advisor to join our Boutique and Gift Shop team. You will help guests find the perfect purchase, maintain display standards, and support efficient shop operations with a focus on delivering outstanding service.

Hours are 7 per week with potential extra hours. The role offers staff meals, free on-site parking, and opportunities for growth within Ragdale Hall’s welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred.
• Friendly, professional and approachable manner.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Good attention to detail and organisational ability.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests in the Boutique and Gift Shop, providing friendly and professional service.

• Display stock attractively and help maintain stock levels within the department.
• Process payments accurately and promote sales opportunities where appropriate.
• Respond to guest enquiries promptly and provide helpful information about Ragdale Hall.
• Check, unpack and price deliveries as required.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and organisation within the department.
• Follow company procedures relating to health & safety, security and professional conduct.

Our Boutique and Gift Shop offer guests a carefully selected range of products in a welcoming and relaxing environment. As part of our team, you'll help guests find the perfect purchase, maintain exceptional display standards, and ensure the department operates efficiently while providing the highest levels of customer service.

Main Duties (Full Training Provided):

• -Welcome and assist guests in the Boutique and Gift Shop, providing friendly and professional service.
• -Advise guests on purchases and maintain good product knowledge across all merchandise.

• - 7hrs per week, with the scope for additional hours if required
• - £12.75 per hour
