Current Vacancy: Waiter/Waitress at The May Fair Hotel

Overview:

• An exciting opportunity to join The May Fair Bar, located within our 5-star May Fair Hotel.
• You will understand the menu thoroughly and explain all food and drink options to guests, including allergen information.
• You will attend to tables according to guests' preferences.
• You will collaborate with Head Waiters and Floor Managers to ensure seamless service and exceptional guest experiences.
• You will monitor guest satisfaction and address any feedback or complaints appropriately.
• You will process payments following company procedures.
• You should be familiar with IT applications such as OpenTable, Adecco, and Micros.

About You:

• Previous experience in a high-end food-led operation is essential.
• Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• A passion for food, beverages, and delivering outstanding hospitality.
