When you work in Hawaii, in addition to learning about the functional aspects of running a hotel — like the proper way to make a bed or how to best handle luggage — it’s critically important to understand Hawaiian culture and the spirit of ‘ohana, or ‘family.’ When opening the first Andaz property in Hawaii, our team participated in Hawaiian culture training to help us understand what ‘ohana truly means.

Salary:

Up to £28,000 per annum inclusive of Service Charge

Duties and Responsibilities: In-Room Dining Night Waiter/ess

1. Take and process room service orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all guest preferences and special requests are noted and fulfilled.
2. Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms promptly and professionally, maintaining a high level of presentation and etiquette.
3. Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
4. Adhere to departmental standard operating procedures to uphold service levels.
5. Ensure compliance with food safety and health and safety regulations.

About You

Previous experience in a luxury environment within the hospitality industry. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on providing outstanding levels of service.
