Experience - Previous experience within a quality restaurant

Opening in Spring of 2025, this new restaurant will be in a prime location in Mayfair and aims to elevate the seafood offering in London. Staying true to provenance and with a keen focus on quality, it aims to deliver a memorable and sophisticated dining experience. Featuring an open kitchen and a wood-fired grill, it will offer a delectable selection of seafood and a raw bar on the ground floor, in addition to the 104-cover restaurant area, a cocktail bar, and an 18-cover PDR on the lower level.

The position

We are looking for a professional, high-energy head waiter or head waitress with excellent communication skills to give exceptional service to our guests. To succeed, you should have a neat appearance and an engaging, friendly personality. You should be efficient, observant, knowledgeable, and personable.

Requirements

• Experience in a busy high-end dining establishment in Central London
• An aptitude to learn new dishes and ingredients to make menu recommendations
• Courteous, friendly personality and professional appearance
• Ability to demonstrate organization skills with speed and efficiency
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to handle tense situations calmly and rationally
• A working knowledge of health and safety, compliance, and procedures
• Ability to meet physical demands, including walking, standing, lifting heavy items, and working nights, weekends, and holidays
