Job summary

Pasture Bristol is recruiting a Waiter to join the front-of-house team at Pasture. You’ll earn a base hourly rate of £12.71 plus a share of Tronc (£5.60–£6 per hour on average), with 100% distributed to the team. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, high‑end dining environment.

You should be passionate about hospitality, comfortable working collaboratively, and eager to develop knowledge of our seasonal menu and wine list to enhance guest experiences.

We are looking for a Waiter for our front-of-house team at Pasture.

Pay: Hourly rate £12.71 + £5.60–£6 per hour in Tronc (on average). In addition to your standard hourly wage, you'll receive a share of Tronc, of which 100% is distributed to the team.
