Pasture Bristol is seeking a skilled bartender to bring energy, precision and hospitality to our bar team. You’ll craft exceptional cocktails, house cordials, and classic serves with consistency and creativity.

Pay: Hourly rate £12.90 + £3.8–£4 per hour in Tronc (on average)

In addition to your standard hourly wage, you'll receive a share of Tronc, of which 100% is distributed to the team

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a bartender at Pasture, you’ll be crafting exceptional cocktails, house cordials, and classic serves with both consistency and creativity, while guiding guests through our extensive drinks list and helping them discover the perfect pairing for their meal. You’ll deliver warm, knowledgeable, and professional service whether at the bar or tableside, and play a key role in keeping the bar running seamlessly, from preparation and organisation to maintaining a spotless, well‑stocked environment. Training will be provided to set you up for success, and you’ll take part in regular spec tests to ensure our standards of excellence are always maintained.
