Job summary

Red Lion in the United Kingdom is looking to recruit enthusiastic Food & Beverage Team Members to welcome guests in a busy pub setting. You’ll take orders, serve drinks and meals, handle payments, and help maintain a clean, welcoming environment.

We offer flexible shifts, staff discounts on meals (up to 33%), 5,000 lifestyle discounts, and a development pathway toward more senior roles. Previous hospitality experience is welcome but not required; training and progression are provided.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old due to licensing laws.
• You’ll be a great communicator.
• You’ll have great decision-making skills.

• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Have the Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests in the pub.
