The Hoxton is seeking a waiter to join Rondo in Holborn, a vibrant neighbourhood restaurant known for seasonal British dishes and great wine. You will help shape every guest's experience from arrival to farewell, bringing your own flavour and warmth to the table.

We value hospitality-focused individuals who stay flexible, work well in a team, and enjoy creating memorable moments for guests and colleagues alike. Training, shifts, and a supportive, fun environment are provided.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Waiter to join the Rondo team.

The Hoxton, Holborn was the second Hox to join the fam, taking over a Grade II-listed building that was once the factory of George Kent, a famed maker of gadgets and instruments (among them a knife sharpener/cleaner now sitting in the Science Museum, no less).

After Kent, BT moved in, and now this former telephone exchange is home to 220 bedrooms and the Apartment, plus our foodie hotspot Rondo. All a stone’s throw from the capital’s most famous shopping and entertainment districts. Rondo is our neighbourhood restaurant in middle-town Holborn with a focus on seasonal local British dishes, unsung ingredients and great wine. Headed up by chef Tristan Downes; this is the place you wish you had at the end of your street.

• Simply put: You’re the face of our guests’ experience and you bring your own flavour to the(ir) table, telling the story of the restaurant; and making sure from the moment they arrive to when they leave, they’re having a great time!
