Woodhead Restaurant Group is seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join the Michelin-starred kitchen at 64 Goodge Street. You will lead your section, work with seasonal produce, and refine your culinary skills in a highly regarded, ambitious kitchen.
We offer a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package as part of a supportive culture that develops talent through mentoring and structured training. Join us and contribute to exceptional guest experiences across our five restaurants.
64 Goodge Street is the newest restaurant from Woodhead Restaurant Group. Since opening in summer 2023, it has quickly established itself as one of London's most exciting restaurants, earning a Michelin star just 18 months after opening.
Led by Head Chef Stuart Andrew, formerly Executive Chef of Portland and Clipstone, the menu takes inspiration from his time cooking in Paris, offering French cuisine "from an outsider's perspective". Alongside warm, thoughtful hospitality led by General Manager Ashley Best and an ambitious wine list featuring an exceptional selection of Burgundy and mature vintages, 64 Goodge Street offers a unique dining experience built around exceptional seasonal ingredients.
We're looking for a talented and ambitious Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our Michelin-starred kitchen. This is an excellent opportunity for a developing chef who wants to refine their skills, work with outstanding produce and build a long-term career within one of London's most respected independent restaurant groups.
Alongside a competitive salary, you'll receive an excellent range of benefits, including:
Bupa private health insurance
50% staff discount across all Woodhead Restaurant Group restaurants for up to six guests
Welcome lunch
Enhanced maternity and paternity leave
Access to confidential mental health support
Paid company sick leave
Paid community volunteering days
£1,000 employee referral bonus
Additional annual leave with long service (up to three extra days)
We're passionate about developing our people through structured training, mentoring and genuine opportunities for progression. Many of our Head Chefs, Sous Chefs and Managers began their careers within the group, and we're committed to helping every team member reach their full potential.
At Woodhead Restaurant Group, we believe exceptional restaurants are built by exceptional people.
Our culture is founded on four core values:

In 2025, we were proud to be recognised as one of Code Hospitality's Happiest Places to Work, reflecting our commitment to creating rewarding and sustainable careers in hospitality.
As a Chef de Partie, you'll take responsibility for your section while working closely with the Head Chef and senior kitchen team to deliver consistently exceptional, ingredient-led dishes.
Our menus evolve regularly with the seasons, giving you the opportunity to work with outstanding produce, learn new techniques and continually develop your culinary knowledge in a supportive and ambitious kitchen.
Your responsibilities will include:
Running your section confidently during preparation and service
Preparing and presenting dishes to consistently high standards
Working with exceptional seasonal ingredients
Confidently managing the larder section
Maintaining excellent food hygiene, organisation and kitchen standards

Strong knife skills and excellent attention to detail
A genuine passion for seasonal, ingredient-led cooking
A calm, organised approach during busy services
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Curiosity about food, wine and hospitality
A positive attitude and a genuine desire to learn and develop
