Responsibilities

• Providing attentive, authentic and gracious service within The Fayre and Lounge restaurants.
• Be an expert on all menus including allergens, dietary needs and special requests.
• Ensuring that all orders are taken and executed in a timely manner.
• Ensuring that all tables are set and ready for guests and diners at all times.
• Positioning Fayre, Lounge and Hatch as leading Mayfair outlets.
• Engage with guests and build connections through Epicurean experiences.

Responsibilities for Waiter | Waitress will include but are not limited to:

• Providing attentive, authentic and gracious service within The Shepherd Mayfair’s, beautifully designed Fayre and Lounge restaurants.
• Be an expert on all menus including allergens, dietary needs and special requests
• Ensuring that all orders are taken and executed in a timely manner
• Ensuring that all tables are set and ready for the welcoming of guests and diners at all times.
• Play an active role in positioning the Fayre, Lounge and Hatch as leading Mayfair Food and Beverage outlets.
• Engage with guests, have fun and built connections via guests and diners love for all things epicurean
