The Shepherd Mayfair, part of Axiom Hospitality, is recruiting a Receptionist for its luxury Mayfair hotel in London. You will deliver warm, professional service, greet guests, and handle requests with a can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment.

The role reports to the Front Office Manager and offers a supportive team, competitive salary (£29,000 per annum), and attractive employee benefits. You must have the right to work in the UK to join our team.

We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist to join our Truly Talented team.

Reporting directly to the Front Office Manager, this is an exciting role for a talented individual who is looking for a new challenge and wants to join a fast-paced, busy and hardworking team environment.

Asa Receptionist, you will provide courteous and efficient service to all guests and maintain the levels of service to the highest standards at all times.

You will be responsible for greeting guests in a warm, friendly manner and be a true ambassador for excellent service, dealing with all requests and queries in an efficient and professional manner, whether face-to-face or over the telephone.

You’ll work in a busy and hardworking team environment, where you’ll continually learn and develop.
