Job summary

Barclays Workforce Change & Restructuring is seeking a Change Manager - VP to drive programme delivery across multiple Barclays entities. You will manage restructuring, TUPE transfers, outsourcing and site changes with in-country HRBP and ER support.

You will lead union consultations, stakeholder engagement and complex data analysis, ensuring governance and risk controls are applied in a highly matrixed environment. Hybrid pattern: 3 days in office, Glasgow-based, 6-month contract.

Qualifications

• Experience in Workforce Change and Restructuring with unions or union representatives.
• Proven ability to manage TUPE projects and negotiations.
• Strong project, change and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Data-driven, capable of handling large datasets in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Drive and support allocated change programmes across Barclays entities.
• Lead HR workstreams for restructuring, outsourcing, site set ups and cross-entity initiatives.
• Coordinate with HRBP, ER and other functions to ensure program success.
