Job summary

Barclays is seeking a Workday Specialist (HCM Consultant) VP to lead end-to-end technology development for HR value streams, across Workday, ServiceNow and other platforms. You'll partner with HR Journey Owners to pursue a technology roadmap and support the transition to an Agile delivery model.

Based in Glasgow or London, you will lead a global pool of resources in a matrix structure, mentor colleagues, and ensure risk, change, and governance align with Barclays standards.

• Lead end-to-end technology development for defined HR value streams / journeys.
• Partner with HR Journey Owners to pursue a technology roadmap and invest in Workday/ServiceNow.
• Lead a global pool of resources in a matrix structure and coach team members.
