Job summary

Barclays is seeking a Workforce Change & Restructuring Specialist - AVP in London. Hybrid role requiring three in-office days. You will support global change portfolios, drive programmes, and coordinate HR workstreams across entities to optimise costs and meet regulatory obligations.

The role requires extensive experience in unions, TUPE, project management, and data analytics, with strong stakeholder management and Excel skills to handle large data sets and drive successful transitions.

Qualifications

• Experience in consultancy, unions, redundancy and relevant legal requirements.
• Project management skills and ability to structure and run a program.
• Advanced data handling in Excel with pivot tables and vlookups.

Responsibilities

• Drive and support allocated change programmes across Barclays entities.
• Lead HR workstreams for restructuring, TUPE, outsourcing, and site setup.
• Coordinate with in-country HRBPs and ER specialists.
• Develop and execute project initiation, due diligence, consultations, and implementation.
• Manage communications, governance and risk for programmes.
