Job summary

Barclays is seeking a Workforce Change & Restructuring Specialist – AVP in London to support global change programmes, focusing on restructuring, TUPE transfers, outsourcing and site setups within a matrixed organisation.

The role drives due diligence, consultations and implementation, coordinating with HRBP, ER and other HR functions across locations. Hybrid working is offered with three days in the office, and the contract lasts six months.

Qualifications

• Technical - consultancy, unions, redundancy and relevant legal requirements
• Project Management skills
• Show in your CV how you structure and run a program, and track everything.
• MS Excel - merging sheets, data management, data manipulation, pivot tables, vlookups, and handling large data

Responsibilities

• Drive and support allocated change programmes.
• Support and drive the HR workstream for change programmes such as restructuring, LEE transfers, outsourcing, insourcing, new site setup, pan-entity and across global locations.
• The role holder will be required to drive and support allocated change programmes.
• Engage with in-country HRBP, ER and other specialist HR functions as required.
