Job summary

Carr Lyons Search & Selection is seeking a Vice President within Exposure Management for a leading international banking group in London. The role focuses on managing a portfolio of Project Finance transactions, exercising strong credit judgement and coordinating with internal teams, clients and advisers.

Qualifications

• Extensive project finance experience in banking, credit or structured finance.
• Strong credit risk assessment and financial modelling skills.
• Ability to review financial statements, models and lending documents.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication with clients and colleagues.
• Strong commercial judgement and ability to identify risks in complex transactions.
• Mentor and develop junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of project finance loans and exposures.
• Conduct detailed credit analysis and due diligence.
• Review and process waivers, amendments and variations to facilities.
• Prepare credit applications and monitor credit grades and surveillance.
• Oversee covenant compliance, loan docs and KYC for the portfolio.
• Support distressed exposures, restructurings and workouts as needed.
• Collaborate with Credit, Syndications, Legal and Origination teams.
