Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum 6 years of investment banking experience.
• Experience in debt infrastructure / infrastructure financing.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of transactions: due diligence, valuation, and contract negotiations with senior management input.
• Coordinate associate/analyst materials for transaction processes.
• Evaluate and structure financial alternatives across rating spectrums (IG and non-IG).
• Work on financing transactions: M&A, asset sales, restructurings, divestitures.
• Gain client exposure and work closely with senior Strategic Advisory members.
• Evaluate, structure, and advise on financial and strategic alternatives including mergers and asset sales.
• Design and develop quantitative models to assess company performance.
• Prepare written analyses of investment opportunities for PJT Partners management and clients.
